Join the Chattanooga Breakfast Rotary for the inaugural Chattanooga Sip ‘N Que Festival - a celebration of all things great about a BBQ and libations!

The Festival will include:
Judge’s Choice - Rib Competition
People’s Choice - BBQ & Sides
Unlimited Samples - Beer, Wine & Whiskey
Food Trucks & Live Music


BBQ TEAM INFORMATION:

Three (3) Categories of Competition:
- Professional Team
- Amateur Team
(if there is a Rotarian on the team, opportunity to win the Susie-Q trophy)
Categories will vie for a generous cash prize and trophy. $200 Entry Fee per Team.

To participate, teams must:
- Cook 3 racks of Baby Back Ribs on site. Ribs will be provided to each team with pick up either Friday night or Saturday morning.
- Entry/Inspection at 9:00am with Judging at 6:00pm
- Select a dish for People’s Choice Judging and provide at least 300 - 2oz samples. Sample cups will be provided.
- provide your own tables, chairs, tents, cooking elements (no electricity available), coolers or warmers.

BEER & WINE TEAM INFORMATION:

Teams will compete in Judge’s Choice, People’s Choice and Most Spirit!

All Team Requirements:
- Vendors are required to bring everything they need for their booth, including tables, chairs, coolers, jocky boxes, and tents. 
- Event will provide a space, ice, washout water & dump buckets. CO2 can also be provided free of charge upon request.
- You may bring give-away items like koozies and stickers, but no sale items allowed.

 Professional Beer Vendors:
- Event will pay for beer, ciders or seltzers. Credit will be given for unbroken four or six packs or untapped sixtels and ¼-barrels.  No ½ barrel kegs allowed. 
- Must bring a minimum of 20 gallons, 8 cases of cans or 4 sixtels.  CANS PREFERED---but may bring sixtels, or ¼ barrels. No ½ barrel kegs allowed.
- Must bring at least 2 flavors of beer. 

Homebrewer Vendors

Wine Vendors:
- Must bring a minimum of 2 types of wine, one case of each.

General Admission Only: $10
includes free soft drinks, water and entry into the festival to enjoy the live music. Children 10 and under receive free admission to the event. (Day of Price - $15)

Food Sampler Ticket: $25
includes general admission to the event, free soft drinks, water, live music and a sampling ticket for 10 dishes of your choice. (Day of Price - $40)

Beverage Sampler Ticket: $45
includes general admission to the event, free soft drinks, water, live music and a sampler cup to enjoy a variety of beer, wine and Tennessee Whiskey. Must be 21+ to purchase this ticket. (Day of Price - $60)

Beverage & Food Sampler Ticket: $60
includes general admission to the event, free soft drinks, water, live music, sampler cup to enjoy a variety of beer, wine and Tennessee Whiskey and Food Sampler Ticket to sample 10 dishes of your choice. Must be 21+ to purchase this ticket. (Day of Price: $75)

This is the VIP experience where you receive:
